The AMERICAN-REMNANT
in light of current events & in pursuit of the question,
"IS AMERICA A CHRISTIAN NATION
—Past, Present, Prophetic?"
To answer this question,
we begin with a question...
Why is Satan on a CRUSADE TO CANCEL (delete, rub out, erase, destroy) both Israel & America?
How are Satan’s crusades to destroy both Israel and America related?
“... the LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for His own possession out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.
Deu 7:6
“God has chosen you [Israel]” (Deut 7:6)
Since Satan is the arch-enemy of God, he therefore hates God. Thus, Satan also hates the "Chosen People" of God— ISRAEL. Satan has been seeking to Cancel Israel since the dawn of their founding, & more recently since God fulfilled a multitude of prophecies & brought Israel back to their homeland in 1948.
Why is Satan on a CRUSADE TO CANCEL America?
The answer, in a word, is—CHRISTIAN AMERICA. Since Satan hates God, and the "Chosen People" of God—Israel —then according to his evil nature Satan naturally hates CHRISTIAN AMERICA!
But "Is America a Christian Nation?"
We must deal with this question Biblically & prophetically—
1) America's Past (Founding & History),
2) Present (Recent History), &
3) Future (Bible Prophecy Fore-view).
Because this subject is so vast,
we will limit it to a few basic fundamentals.
Biblically, where is America in God's Plan?
According to Acts 17:26-27, GOD FOUNDED AMERICA
"He made from one, every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth,
having determined their appointed times,
and the boundaries of their habitation,..."

1—IS AMERICA A CHRISTIAN NATION HISTORICALLY ?
HOW GOD FOUNDED AMERICA (Acts 17:26-27)
1. God Set Americas' "appointed" Time—July 4, 1776
2. God Set Americas' "appointed" Borders ("boundaries")—sea to sea
3. God graced America to “seek, grope for & find” the Christian-God
(how is it America’s cemeteries are overflowing with crosses ?)
4. God graced America to publicly proclaim its “Trust” in the Christian God
5. God graced America to wage Christian Spiritual War to Dismantle Evil & Embrace God
6. Christian-America opposed Pagan-Americas' agenda to Embrace Evil & deny God
THAT’S HOW GOD FOUNDED AMERICA
Why is Satan working so hard to destroy America ?
Why not Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, etc. ?
Why is Satan working so hard to destroy America if he already owns America” ?
Is it because
America’s Christian Foundation still persist after 250 years ?
GOD FOUNDED CHRISTIAN AMERICA (Acts 17:26-27)
1. Did America SEEK God?
How did God’s Name get into 50 State Constitutions over 200 times?
2. Did America FIND God?
What drove America's 100-yr Crusade to Dismantle Slavery?
What is driving America's 50-yr Crusade to Dismantle Abortion?
3. Indeed, America DID SEEK & FIND God.
GOD’S FINGERPRINTS ON AMERICA
Again, Satan’s crusades to destroy both Israel and America are related?
1. God chose Israel as His Covenant People (Deu 7:6), so Satan seeks to "CANCEL" Israel.
2. God founded America as a Christian Nation (Acts 17:26-27) , so Satan seeks to "CANCEL" America.
If I were asked to describe an "Acts 17:26-27-Nation",
what would it look like ?
What would “a nation that SEEKS & FINDS God" look like?
There would be the evidence of God's Fingerprints all over that nation ...and God's Fingerprints are all over America,
1. Founding-Documents imprinted with God's Name; With Intent, Purpose?
2. public buildings engraved with Scripture; Do we not know “that there was some heavy deliberation before they chiseled a permanent imprint of Scripture in stone buildings?
3. cemeteries covered with crosses; Do we not think “that a ton of Christians will be resurrected from underneath those crosses?
4. landscapes filled with churches; Were not multitudes saved & baptized in those churches over the past 250 years?
5. money embossed with “In God we trust” for the whole world to see; Is it not true that this was a much considered, much pondered deliberate act?
6. 100 year crusade to dismantle slavery; Did secular-America inspire this?
7. 300-yr Jewish Safe Haven; Who but Christian America would provide this?
8. 50 State Constitutions which name the Name of God; A widespread driving force of Christian belief made this happen— What else?
9. multi-generations in Your ancestry who named the Name of Jesus—Right?
ALL OF THE ABOVE was motivated by what ?—Christian belief !
GOD’S FINGERPRINTS ON AMERICA
An Acts 17:26-27-Nation is “a nation that SEEKS & FINDS God"
America's Cemeteries overflow with CROSSES—Do we not think “that a ton of Christians will be resurrected from beneath those crosses?
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life; he who
believes in Me shall live even if he dies, ( John 11:25)
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God;
and the dead in Christ shall rise first. ( Thes 4:16)
Blind to God's Fingerprints on America,
a Leader of a Christian Ministry in Tulsa says,
“Since giving my life to Christ, I have been utterly confounded by the calls of sincere fellow believers in their zeal to “put God back into America”.
"Just tune into virtually any Christian conservative talk radio station in America and you are bound to hear phrases like 'we need to get God back into America again' ” , or 'our nation has turned its back on God', or my own personal favorite,
'we are engaged in a culture war and need to stop the liberals from destroying our country’s Judaeo-Christian heritage...' ”
[from thereon any Christian connection to America’s
Founding or History is denied—a total disconnect from GRACE]
The FUNDAMENTAL MISTAKE of the DENIERS of a CHRISTIAN AMERICA is the IGNORING of GOD'S GRACE!
Without GRACE Peter would have perished...
...he denied Christ & compromised the Gospel
Without GRACE Israel would have perished...
...Israel sinned often against its God, & rejected His Son
Without GRACE America would have perished...
...America had racists policies toward Indians & Blacks
"there has also come to be at the present time a remnant
according to God's gracious choice.
But if it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works,
otherwise grace is no longer grace." (Romans 11:5-6)

She believed in a Christian-America.
I believed in Christian America.
I grew up in a family that believed it.
I attended schools that taught it.
I attended a church that believed it.
I grew up in neighborhoods that understood it.
I believed in American evidences that displayed it.
I believed in God's GRACE that brought it forth.
Mother's great- great - great grandfather, acclaimed artist John Rubens Smith, painted this miniature portrait of George Washington to the RIGHT. (J.R. Smith was midway in a long ancestral line of famous "Smith" artist from originally England, and then America. Begin with him & GOOGLE them. As a young boy, he lived during the time of the "Father of our country")
Mother had good reason to believe in the Christian-foundation of America. It wasn’t because of the two Deists beside her in the picture ABOVE. It was because of Christian testimonies like that of George Washington.
Standing on her simple Faith in Jesus, mother believed in the same simple "Faith-in-Jesus" recorded testimonies of the vast majority of America's Founding Fathers. Their testimonies still resonate from the echoes of their own writings & transcribed words in America's founding documents, monuments, & public halls & old school textbooks.
America's FOUNDING (human) FATHER— George Washington
If I had never read the Bible, I could have been saved by these words which he
communicated—not in headline-grabbing publications—but in private & personal notes.
The Biblical, Christian Gospel can be summed up as
"Faith-Alone in Christ-Alone by Grace-Alone"—
in his own words, George Washington confessed his belief in the Gospel!

The CORNERSTONE of AMERICA
The Declaration Of Independence begins with the prelude that Creation is accountable to a Creator who has established Moral Absolutes.
The CORNERSTONE is CHRISTIAN
RIGHT: The U.S. Constitution, standing on the "Cornerstone" of the Declaration of Independence, set forth the governing principals of America "in Order to form a more perfect Union".
Too often it is stated that the Constitution says nothing about God, and therefore undercuts any idea of a "Christian-America".
— NOT TRUE for 2 reasons —
1. The stated purpose of the Constitution was to secure the principals of the Declaration Of Independence (which were Christian) under the protection of a Government created by that Constitution.
2. Highlighted ( RIGHT ) in the sign-off to the Constitution, it gives the date (Sep 17, 1787) in the Year of our Lord" .
That is Christian, & only Christian... MORE BELOW...
RIGHT: AMERICA’S CHRISTIAN FOUNDING
in the United States Constitution
1. "The Year of our Lord" was not the Islamic calendar year; it began about 1400+ yrs ago when Muhammad’s Hajrah from Mecca to Medina essentially founded Islam & began the Muslim calendar year.
2. "The Year of our Lord" was not the Jewish calendar year which counts the years from the first day of creation.
3. "The Year of our Lord" refers to the Christian Calendar. It is keyed to the birth of Jesus Christ (Year of our Lord = 1787)
4. "The Year of our Lord" can be restated accurately as,
"The Year of JESUS CHRIST, who is OUR LORD."
5. Therefore the Constitution, when it asserts that Jesus Christ is "our Lord", affirms that America is "CHRISTIAN" since that very term is defined by belief in Jesus CHRIST.
NEAR RIGHT: "in the year of our Lord" (see above) is also used in the opening lines of the Emancipation Proclamation signed by Abraham Lincoln (original handwritten draft).
FAR RIGHT: Draft of the Emancipation Proclamation also signed off "in the year of our Lord" imploring "the gracious favor of Almighty God". This is not the "Cancel America's history" language of Today—this is CHRISTIAN!

The practice, experience, and memory of wicked slavery lasted for a hundred years. But America persisted in dismantling it piece by piece.
WHAT DROVE THAT ?
Was it pagan America?
Was it racist America?
Was it Jim Crow America?
Or was it Christian America?
The Dismantling of Slavery was—by God's GRACE—a Hallmark of the REPENTANCE of AMERICA !

7. Bowing to the gods of greed, perversion, & decadence, etc.;

Is it dead yet?...Ah !...success...another win for healthcare !
Is it still alive?...Woe !...failure
Have you cut its air supply?...another success!
Have you administered the poison?... up the dose
Have you stopped its heart?...Woe, another failure
Have you dismembered it?...keep trying for the sake of healthcare !
These are the same questions asked by an EXECUTIONER !!!
NEAR RIGHT: The prophet Elijah lamented "Lord, They have killed Thy prophets, they have torn down Thine altars, and I alone am left,
...But what is the divine
response to him?
FAR RIGHT:
"I have kept for Myself seven thousand men...

NEAR RIGHT: Elijah lamented "Lord, Israel is completely Godless".
Today many say "Lord, America is completely Godless".
FAR RIGHT:
Perhaps God gives America the same response he said to Elijah, "I have kept for Myself 7000; a Remnant".
Christian America has become
The AMERICAN-REMNANT.
Where is proof of the American-Remnant?
You are it! And you know others,
and they know others, etc, etc.
The American-Remnant, by GRACE.
This analogy of a Jewish Remnant and an American Remnant in no way posits that America has replaced Israel as God's Chosen People. That cannot and will not happen.
The point is, by principal, God's Grace can raise up, just as with Israel, an AMERICAN REMNANT.
AMERICAN REMNANT—(the "proverbial" 7000 kept by God for Himself)
Where is the Proof ?
As a believer, by Divine inspiration,
Paul was his own proof (followed by Elijah's experience)
of a Jewish Remnant
I say then, God has not rejected His people, has He?
May it never be!
For I too am an Israelite,
a descendant of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. (Romans 11:1)
Likewise...
As a believer...
you are Proof of The AMERICAN REMNANT.
3—WILL THERE BE A CHRISTIAN AMERICA TOMORROW ?
WILL THE AMERICAN-REMNANT RESPOND to its EMPOWERMENT ?
Who is empowered to Restrain Evil in the world?
“the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains
will do so until he is taken out of the way.” (2 Thes 2:7)
NEAR RIGHT: Our View from SPACE… One-World, reaching around the world & up to Heaven with our digital-technology in self-glorification & pride.
FAR RIGHT: But what does the View from HEAVEN look like?
In a world exploding with Global Cyber-info, it is the “points of Light” God sees…in America, the last glimmer of ‘Christian-Remnant’ America
RIGHT: “the mystery of lawlessness is already at work;
only he who now restrains will do so
until he is taken out of the way.”
(2 Thes 2:7)
The "he" ('personal') in the statement above is the HOLY SPIRIT. The only power strong enough to "restrain" the evil powers of Satan is the Personal, Infinite Creator Himself—GOD !
GOD the HOLY SPIRIT is "he who now restrains." But the Bible says that God has empowered the Church to participate in this work.
In America's case, this is The American Remnant, empowered as God’s servant to Restrain Evil.

If the American-Remnant were to forsake our call to Restrain Evil, then the reverse would occur...Pagan America & Evil grows
but if the salt has become tasteless,
how will it be made salty again?
It is good for nothing anymore,
except to be thrown out
and trampled under foot by men. (Mat 5:13)
"Nor do men light a lamp, and put it under the peck-measure, but on the lampstand; and it gives light to all who are in the house. (Mat 5:15)
ABOVE:
The Holy Spirit reaches down to Restrain Evil, while the Church (in America, the AMERICAN REMNANT) is empowered by the Holy Spirit to "Occupy (the "ground") & Restrain Evil" until called Home to Heaven in the Rapture!
The AMERICAN-REMNANT is not finished with its work !!!
Light dispels the darkness.
Salt impedes decadence.
Both restrain evil.
For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building. (1 Cor 3:9)
“OCCUPY” UNTIL GOD TURNS OUT THE LIGHT

at The RAPTURE !

THEN, by the removal of the Church's "Restraining Light" at the Rapture, God "will send upon them a deluding influence so that they might believe what is false…" (2 Thes 2:11)
ABOVE:
The "RESTRAINER" is "Removed" when "HE" (the Holy Spirit, who indwells & empowers the Believing-Church) removes His empowered "Restrainer" on earth (the Church) when it is "taken out of the way" ("caught up" to Heaven) at the Rapture.
(2 Thes 2:7; 1 Thes 4:17)
AMERICA’S LIGHT TURNED OUT?...WHEN ???
Why does today's Bible believing Church seem to be in such a hurry to turn out its own light?
Why would we retreat from the overwhelming lawlessness and decadent evil that confronts us in our neighborhoods, our cities, our television, our internet, and our minute by minute breaking news, and seems to overwhelm us on a daily basis ?
TRUE—Paul desired to "depart & be with Jesus" (Phi 1:23), just as we desire to depart in the Rapture & follow His command to "watch & be ready" every day (Tit 2:13; Mk 13:37) . But Paul also knew it was better that he remain & finish his work for the Lord (Phi 1:24)
And so it is better that the American-Remnant remain & "OCCUPY UNTIL I COME", doing the Lord's work as LIGHT (witness; Acts 1:8), and SALT ("watchman on the wall"; (Eze 3:17) UNTIL GOD TURNS OUT THE LIGHT BY REMOVING THE AMERICAN-REMNANT AT THE RAPTURE !
We are not to turn out our own Light & cede this American generation to the Devil. RATHER—"OCCUPY" until Jesus Comes, when HE-ALONE removes our Light from the earth to Heaven at the Rapture.
America may yet have another generation for the AMERICAN-REMNANT to pursue its calling to do exactly what God wants done—
"not wishing for any to perish
but for all to come to repentance. (2 Pet 3:9)
HERE’S HOPE ! ANSWER THIS QUESTION...
Who's in charge of today's spiritual warfare?
CONCLUSION:
IS AMERICA A CHRISTIAN NATION?
"I have kept for myself seven thousand [an American-Remnant] ...
"...by GRACE"
(Rom 11:5-6)
GRACE overcomes anyone's denial of a "Christian-America" because of the sordid side of Americas history & Evil Works (which surely exists). For in a nation of FAITH, "where sin increased, GRACE abounded all the more." (Rom 5:20)

Do you want to join the American remnant? You can join the "Remnant" of any country—for they all are One in Christ. There is no organization, no leadership, except Jesus Christ Himself ! The One-Body Of Believers—The Church—is the Believing worldwide "Remnant" in Christ.

America in Prophecy—Three Important Factors
1. The most specific prophecy in the Bible related to America is found in Daniel where it says,
"And he will take action against the strongest of fortresses with the help of a foreign god... ( Daniel 11:39)
In modern terms, " the strongest of fortresses" would be called "superpowers". America today remains the premier Superpower in the world. Daniel's prophecy says that the Antichrist will overcome the "strongest" Superpower with the help of Satan ("a foreign god"; see Rev 13:2, 4). Therefore, if America continues to exist as a world Superpower (or even as a nation) when the Antichrist rises to global power, then he will overcome America.
2. When Christ returns at the end of the Tribulation to establish His Millennial Kingdom, OTHER NATIONS WILL BE PART OF the Millennial Kingdom. (Isa 2:2-4; 11:11; 66:19; Zec 14:16). Since only the righteous (by the blood of Christ) enter the earthly Millennial Kingdom, then those "reborn" nations will be sub-governed— under the Universal Government of Christ from Israel— by saved people. And since those Millennial-nations are recognizable, historic nations, America will probably be among them—governed by American Heavenly-Saints who return with Christ at His Coming, and by surviving and resurrected born-again Tribulation Americans who are on earth to meet Christ at His Coming.
3. God didn't found and raise up America to be devoured and destroyed by Satan !
